TERMS

1. HOW TO ENTER:
   Entry to this contest requires a valid Autodesk online purchase order number and email address submitted via our online form OR via a referal for a customer who meets the afore mentioned criteria.

   In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, the potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

2. WINNER SELECTION:
   One prize winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the USD $100 prize. If the winner was referred via our "More chances to win!" web page prior to their purchase then the referring party will also win USD $100. In the event that the prize winner was referred by multiple parties only the first documented referring party will be considered for a prize award. Maximum monthly cash disbursement is USD $200. Drawing is to take place approximately one month after all entries for the prior month have been submitted. Contest drawing and award is at the sole discretion of Advanced Micro Systems, Inc. all decisions are final.

3. PRIZES:
   

   Grand Prize Award: A maximum of two (2) winners (including referal) will be awarded a USD $100 prize.

   All federal, state and local taxes (and any other applicable taxes, fees and surcharges) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No prize substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person per drawing.

   Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone, U.S. mail or email. Return of any prize notification/documentation/prize as undeliverable for any reason may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be notified, or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize award constitutes acknowledgement and approval for listing on our "Previous winners" web page and any other marketing materials we deem appropriate.

4. ELIGIBILITY:
   This contest is open only to persons 18 years of age or older upon entering who are legal residents of (and currently located in) the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. TERMS:
   By participating entrants agree (a) to abide by these terms and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest, and (b) to release, indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Micro Systems, Inc. (Sponsor) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, related entities, retailers, sponsors, partnerships, representatives, wholesalers, vendors, contractors, licensees, successors and assigns, directors, officers, principals, shareholders, employees and agents, their advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this contest production, development or handling, and all other contest promotional partners (collectively the “Promotional Partners”) from and against any and all liabilities, litigation, claims for damages, losses, illness or injuries of any kind, including death, resulting from or in connection with the contest or from (i) altered, late, lost, delayed, damaged, destroyed, garbled, misrouted, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, stolen, inaccurate, incomplete or postage-due entries or human, telephone, computer, online or technical malfunctions (including busy lines and disconnections) or (ii) their participation, or (iii) the winning and awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or preparing for or participation in any prize-related activity and any travel related thereto. This contest is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

   Prize winners further grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the contest. By accepting a prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and Promotional Partners and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name, address, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information and statements concerning the contest for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. This contest may be presented in different creative presentations by the sponsoring company. Entrants consent to being placed on a mailing list and give Advanced Micro Systems, Inc. permission to send promotional emails and mailings unless they have elected (opted out) otherwise on the entry form .

6. PRIVACY:
   BuyAutodesk.com and Advanced Micro Systems, Inc. will never sell or redistribute personal information of any kind. Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of tracking and awarding contest prizes.

7. CONDUCT:
   Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or Web site; to be acting in violation of the terms; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
   Sponsor and Promotional Partners are not responsible for typographical, printing, or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection, notification and announcement of the winners or the distribution of the prizes, nor are they responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. Sponsor and Promotional Partners assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor and Promotional Partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest without obligation or prior notice and in such event to select the winners by random drawing conducted by an independent judging organization from all valid entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Sponsor and Promotional Partners are not responsible for the inability of a winner to accept a prize for any reason, nor for any delivery cancellations, delays or interruptions, nor will they replace any lost or stolen prize items. Due to possible scheduling changes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust the dates/times of this contest.

   IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS LICENSEES, PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE FTD.COM INTERNET SITE; THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE, OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING CONCERNING THE AWARD OF ANY PRIZE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE AND ANY PRIZES AWARDED ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 9. RULES/WINNERS LIST:
   This contest is subject to these complete and Official Terms. Official Terms will be posted on the BuyAutodesk.com Web site throughout the Entry Period. Winners List may be posted on the BuyAutodesk.com Web site seven to fourteen days following award notification.
